Mr Baker found some historic documents in the basement of our school.

One of them was a report by Her Majesty's Inspectors  (what we now call Ofsted) from 1963. It describes what the school was like then, the challenges the leaders faced but also the great work the teachers were doing.

Some of the vocabulary used in the HMI report would most certainly not be language we would use today, but it shows how times have changed.

Mr Baker also found some reports from The Southwark Diocese Board of Education, one of them was from 1960!
