Charitable Fundraising

Charitable fundraising plays an important part in the day to day life of the St Alfege's. It is our belief that raising money for a diverse range of good causes fulfils an educational, spiritual and social role in the development of the children, both as individuals and as a community.

In 2011-12 St Alfege with St Peter's raised £3,260.78 for several charities including The Calcutta Cathedral Relief Service, the BBC Children in Need, the Demelza Children's Hospice, Red Nose Day, Wateraid, Hands of Mercy, Haiti, and Speedmark.
