School Council

Our School Council has representatives from every class (FS1-Year 6) who are elected democratically. Class representatives take the views of class members to the Council’s meeting.

The focus this year for the School Council is on improving the environment both within the school and further afield, emphasizing the need for sustainability.  The School Council have been investiging the possibility of school becoming a recycling centre for the local community under the guidance of London Citizens.  A publicity campaign is currently under way to heighten awareness of the need for sustainability in the local community.

London Citizens have helped the School Council develop this scheme and shown them ways of achieving their goal to become a recycling school.
